Treatment at The Spencer Wing
Treatment at The Spencer Wing is available to everyone whether self paying or medically insured.
If your GP feels that you need to be seen by a Specialist simply request to be seen by one who practices at The Spencer Wing.
If you have private medical insurance it is your responsibility to ensure that you are covered for the appointment and any treatment that may be undertaken at this appointment. You will be given an authorisation number which you will be asked to provide this, along with your policy number when you visit us.
For a self pay appointment please ask for an estimate of the cost of any potential outpatient treatment when you contact us. We are able to give you an estimate of the Consultant’s fee but your Consultant will invoice you separately.
Your GP will send his referral letter to us and we will send you an appointment or call us on 01843 234372 to make an appointment.
Remember – you are responsible for payment, so please ensure that you are aware of what is covered by your insurance.
